Terrible service

I have been trying to open a business account since Tuesday. Eventually went to the bank yesterday, all requested docs were submitted. I have been receiving emails from yesterday repeatedly requesting the same documents. When i call before 5, i am placed on mure. This happened twice. I am asking myself what the hell is the hype with FNB. This is the worst service iveever received
