TERRIBLE SERVICE

I'm not a happy customer. I went to FNB Midlands Mall Pietermaritzburg today to make an emergency deposit at the ATM....The machine took my money then I received an error message stating that my deposit was unsuccessful. I waited a while for my money to be returned but that didn't happen. I had to go sit in a queue inside the bank to wait for assistance. The staff member at the door told me my money will be refunded within 8 hours. I then got called to speak to a customer support agent and after completing a document I was told that I'll get a refund within 2 days.........I'm closing this account. I have never had this problem WITH Capitec
