TERRIBLE SERVICE

I registered my company through FNB, prompt service that can get one fooled. I am the principal member of this company and a majority holder. The registration documents were received on the 20th September 2016 and to my surprise the were not addressed to me as the Majority holder and Principal member as per my application. The information there has been distorted and I am barely recognised as per my application. I sent an email querying this on the same day, and no one bothered to respond. I got busy and forgot to even follow-up on this unfortunately.

On the 5th December 2016 an email was received requesting the initially sent documents to be signed , which I refused to sign until information had been corrected and I queried it on the 20th September, to my surprise my query had not been attended to. The query email was sent ********** ********** if I used the incorrect email for this query, it would be decent for the person reading my email to forward it to the correct person.

Can this be FIXED. I do not understand how a query can be pending for 2.5months. This is UNACCEPTABLE and very UNPROFESSIONAL to even do such and error to begin with and not bother to attend to a client query to rectify the error.
