Terrible Service
They advertise service with a personal banker, which is not true, I called in a week ago, and was advised the EFT that i done, will be reversed in 5 days, Now i call to enquire and i get told i have to complete forms and there is a cost ..... Terrible Service

05 Mar 2020, 14:08I received a call, and that where it has stayed, still waiting, nothing has been sorted out.
I called the call centre now and all they say is, is under investigation. Its is now the 5th of March
3 days later and i called on the 25th , This is more than 24 hours... But i must just sit back and wait , while they take there time and charge me for services that the do not provide.
Again terrible service
