Terrible service.

I am so angry with FNB. Their customer care center Transfers you from one call to another with no assistance.

I have been on a call with numerous people and I am still holding. The last person dropped my call. I am sorry I can't deal with this kind of treatment and service. This happens all the time. I am done with FNB!!! They should change their customer service name into a horrible service center that doesn't care about their clients finish!!
