Terrible Service

I bought a SONY XPERIA M5 dual from FNB in December , much to my dismay the phone switches off randomly . i was not aware at the time that FNB is selling defective devices to the public , i contacted my insurance and the service provider says the could not find any fault in the phone. I contacted FNB and they said they cannot give me another phone.

I later called the device centre and they said they cannot help me because i took the device to aonther service provider and i have lost my warranty as that provider was not recommended my FNB. So FNB will continue to deduct my hard earned cash for a ****py device and no solution to my problem.

No one seems to have a solution or cares to even find one , i am actually surprised to see that they still continue to sell this defective device to the public!!!!

I bet i am not the only one who has complained about the same problem .
