Terrible Service

Upon reviewing the company insurance policies that were taken out by FNB Insurance on behalf of Next Level Distribution I found that there were many instances where we were taken advantage of. <br> <br> Before I had succeeded my father's position as managing director of the company, my father had paid insurance for approximately 10 years on a vehicle that he had sold in the third year of purchasing it.<br> <br> Although this was naive on my father's behalf it can be understood upon meeting him that the way that he conducts business is different than the business world today.<br> <br> With regard to the Insurance brokerage position I find it highly *********, aswell as irresponsible specifically<br> when part of the reason that my father used FNB insurance is because of their reputation and therefore their questionable trustworthiness.<br> <br> Every time we request something it takes ages and ages to be returned to us.<br> <br> Last month an amount of R1260 was deducted from the bank account, with a Hollard reference. Not unreasonably I asked about its nature as we have been double insured numerous times through FNB Insurance.<br> <br> Again, no response. The amount was credited this month again and I fear that it will also be lost.
