Terrible service

I have experienced terrible service from FNB and their attorneys ( Dsk Attorneys). I received sms that I must make payment to our business account, then I did pay on the same week after the demand sms, on the same month they handed our account attorneys, then I received sms from their attorneys that I must pay R290 that's on arrears on our account then they will send me the letter to reactivate our account, I did pay the amount, when I called I was told that the letter will be sent to me within 48 hours, Now it's been over 48hours bur I have received the letter. M always calling their attorneys for the letter still I have received it, they keep promising but do not send, I called them again this morning, the letter lady trace or tell why the letter still not sent to you. Now I start to feel like I was ****med. Our account was deactivated after I made payment on the same month.
