Terrible Service

I recently lodged a complaint about fnb and ebucks rewards system. The lady I spoke to misinformed me about the product and how it works with my credit card. I then informed the lady Noni Shikwambana to escalate the matter and I received an email stating they was going to reverse my monthly account fee for couple months but nothing have been done and no one contacted me.
