TERRIBLE SERVICE !

I am still waiting for FNB to get back to me. Even after sending all the requirements I still haven't got feedback on my funds that have been reserved. In addition to that the reserved funds have been duplicated. Calls are not responded to nor the emails. This is really frustrating.
