Terrible service

After posting my review FNB messaged me privately that was a week ago. Claiming that someone will call me they did not. I have been trying to get a hold of an investigator for TWO WEEKS NOW, and all I simply want is feedback and she hasn’t bothered to email or simply get back to me. My bank has been trying to get a hold of her for over a month . I have wasted time and airtime calling their call center to be escalated at no avail. Terrible service.
