Terrible Service

The Service i am getting from private clients credit card is terrible. I have been trying to get assistance with regards to a transaction on my credit card since 15 May 2024 without any success. Their service is disgusting especially now that they are working from home. They are not willing assist clients at all. i went to 2 branches already and they send me back to the private clients credit card department but I am not getting assistance still. So annoyed!!
