TERRIBLE SECURITY MEASURES!

FNB’s security is TERRIBLE! On 14/02/2024 I get a sms saying that a contactless debit card was ordered for my account. Like WHAT? I NEVER ordered any cards! Who says it’s not a some ****mer trying to get a card on my behalf so they can start making purchases with the card!? Worst part is they CHARGED me R150 for a card replacement fee that I didn’t even authorise for them to do!

Can’t understand how you can just take someone’s money and they didn’t even give authorisation for you to do so!
