Terrible response to an Emergency Query

On Sunday, 29/10/2017 am , I noticd and ******* debit entry of R7426 in my current account. I immediately sent a message to my "24/7 " personal banker Lebo Dlamini,. Latter said I should call (why not she ) ********** . I called that number and gave up after holding on for 25 minutes. I than sent an urgent e-mail to privateclient ********** with proof of delivery. Nobody bothered to contact me and I informed Lebo, but to no avail. No help was forthcoming. On Tuesday 31/10/2017, Mr Tshifhiwa Ramarada calls me and says he will investigate the matter and call me back. I told him to find out who the third party was to whom payment was made and who passed the debit order without me having signded one. He never called me back except to sent me an e-mail informing who SI Carnival City was & said I should contact them (sic). Never answered my query about who sanctioned a debit order that I had not authorized, no apologies and no info about what action will be taken in future to prevent such recureence. The money was refunded to me on two days later. Five days later someone calls me to ask if the debit oreder should be reversed (sic)! I refused to speak to her and said I publishing this terrible servce episode.

I was contacted by phone and told the matter is being investigated. However up to today nobody has come back to me to explain how the ******* debit order was sanctioned. Who was responsible and why no one contacted me as a urgency when i sent urgent e-mail? The terrible service continues!

I was sent a form to fill in to report *****. I did so. But no explanation of why no response to an emergency query from my personal banker and others I contacted. A gentleman fron Suncity Vacation Club says it was their debit order. Well they must explain why a debit order was drawn under name of SI Carnival city? Latter not acceptable and still considered as *****. In todays age of advanced accounting etc this should never happen!
