Terrible response time from FNB

Trying to get a hold of the private bankers is Mission impossible. For 1 day okay, 2 days, holiday queries still understandable but for 5 days now. This is completely unacceptable and is not the slogan that FNB is living up to. They clearly CANNOT HELP ME.
