Terrible Private Business Banking Service

Our Business is with RMB. A Director resigned with immediate effect and we have been struggling to remove him from our Business Banking Profile now for 41 Days. This is probably the most frustrating experience to date and a major security and confidentiality risk to our business. We have been struggling now for 2 weeks just to get the right documents signed to get the director that resigned removed and our new director onto our banking profile.

We are at a second month end. Absolutely unacceptable and horrific!!
