Terrible private banking services
1. "Personal bankers never available 2. eBucks levels getting more difficult every year. 3. various services, including share trading unavailable which has cost me a LOT of money today!!! 4. Excessive monthly fees for this?
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING HERE ! Already contacted Investec.

09 Jun 2020, 14:33So as usual FNB/RMB system is having issues. Had to phone in for 3 month bank statement and bond statement (to move all my business) to Investec.
They have the arrogance to charge me for the statements as a result om me not being able to draw it myself online....and I was placed on hold for 43 MINUTES to get these statements.
Disgusting! You are losing clients by the day. Never again!
