Terrible Private Banker for FNB Private Wealth

We have had a home loan application pending for the past month. Our personal banker - Sino Rapiya - does not respond to our emails or return our calls. We can not get hold of her supervisor either. When we contact the home loan division they say the application is with our banker. How do we get this resolved if we can not even speak to anyone at FNB Private Wealth!
