Terrible private bank account

I switched my bank account from investec to FNB private clients

I was offered a switch reward and advised that to qualify I need to have my salary paid into my new FNB account as well as debit orders

I submitted the debit order switch forms however my FNB products still came off my investec account

I am then told I didn’t qualify for the reward as I didn’t switch my debit orders

I have contacted my private banker but no reply

FNB’s service is truly terrible

If this isn’t sorted out I am going to go back to Investec
