Terrible online and app services

This not the first time that fnb's online platform have ****ed me off

However this is the time it put me in a really difficult situation

I recently read that fnb is aiming to try to get people to use the app for all online purposes. Fair enough but should that not mean that the app itself should be bug free or reletively bug free???

So I had left my wallet by my brother's place and didn't bother too much as I'll fetch it in the week so I basically used the ewallet service for whatever I needed this weekend

Since Saturday 18/11/17 the app kept giving me an incorrect password screen so I then tried logging in from my laptop and that worked all smoothly and no issues

Then came the part verify using the app....I had a few transactions to do and as it went on it became painstaking... With the app getting no notification or taking so long that I had to resubmit the transaction

Here's the real kicker fnb call center tells me to delete the app and reinstall. I do that however as I mentioned my wallet and cards were at my brother's place... Then the stupid app wants a card number something that is clearly not in my possession so basically I was *****ed

Called the call center they said there's sweet nothing they can do and I intended to ewallet to fill up and go and get my wallet and sort out a few errands And I do understand I should have my cards in my possession My whole point is here why are we forced to use an app which is clearly not effective at all... Sending the confirmation request to an application that isn't responding???? Maybe I should be lucky I'm not locked out of my online usually that app is very good at doing that. Thanks fnb this time it was inconvenient enough for me to put this up here
