Terrible Online Account Opening Service for Business

We have been back and forth with the Commercial Banking back office who seem to have no direct line and just emails that they take 4 days to reply to for over 3 weeks and we still can’t activate out bank accounts and nobody seems to care.

Other colleagues in the sector who had physical access to a Branch were assisted in less than 2 days and when we go to a Branch we are told it can’t be transferred as it’s already online.
