TERRIBLE & NOT SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS

First National bank disgust me my mother had a terrible encounter she had a debit order which was taken up & sent FNB a affidavit which was required by the bank the debit order was stopped on the 30/04/2021 & never gave permission for the date to be changed my mother has lost R2000 yet it was a stuggle to take off & get the affidavit which was done & sent but up to date she never received her money this bank is terrible & I dont wish anyone to join if they cant take care of they customers
