Terrible Investigators

FNB investigators Sithembiso Mhlambi (I dont know which branch but apparently he works from home)and his superior Boitumelo Mogane are not doing their jobs 🚮my card was blocked on the 8th of August ,they never conducted any investigation oalled me back ,whenever we call them ,we cant get hold of them,been going up and down visiting the branches but still whenever they're called we cant get hold of them ,my own finances are on a standstill,it's been 2 weeks now. Im so mad.
