Terrible horrific service with no solution

We at Fnb centurion want to close a bank account as my daughter is leaving the country they won’t close it because there is a fee outstanding . We want to pay the fees and they won’t accept it . Need to transfer forex abroad for her Fnb forex only deals with cash must use the app . But the country doesn’t come up in the app. What are we to do now . Nobody can assist with anything
