Terrible Home loan first quote

Good Day,

I’m not going to wait much longer on FNB, I have been banking with you for around 12 years, you provide me with a ridiculous quote/offer which is a smack in my face, you delay this upon inspection and a competitor I have never done business with gives me the lowers interest rate and ready to go ahead with my deal.

Give a deal worthy of wanting to do business with you or I will accept the deal Standard bank has given me, I will close my accounts with you, move over my savings and do the same with my wife's products with you.

I’m upset with the response/offer I have received from you and will write a review on hello peter about you as well as this is the second time in a short period I have received terrible service.
