Terrible, frustrating and unprofessional service

I have sold my previous house and the Lawyers overpaid Fnb with an amount of over R31000 which fnb did not refund me in full, until date fnb have been debiting me for both my new house and the old house i no longer own, when i question them they tell me they cant trace my old bond house account number but they are stil taking the money for the past two months.

This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
