I have not seen the doors of an FNB bank in years and your agent this morning tells me that I've failed my authentication process after everything was broken by your agents. Your team leaders and operations managers are never available and how can I forget you have no idea of how to calm a very frustrated customer instead you make a situation worse,nifaka i petrol shame!!!!!!
