TERRIBLE FNB EXPERIENCE

I Have a issue since June 2022 where somebody *****ulently created a account in my name at FNB and purchased a divice at FNB connect. I have spent ages on FNB's ***** line and went to the vredendal branch numerous times and absolutely get help but without any success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. My credit rating at the credit bereau is nou affected and I cannot apply for any credit without a decent credit score. HOW CAN HELLO PETER HELP ME FIX THIS?
