Terrible financial service

<p>I've been a customer with fnb for over 15 years, never had issues until the past 2 years. One waits for more than 30minutes to speak to agents that cannot give you correct information. The bank changes their policies without informing the customer prior to the change. A simple example a reversal cannot be made with your own money. The bank charges are never the amount they promise you when you sign up to a suggested account. The app which they want you to use hardly works when you need it.I'm disappointed in the change of level of service.</p>
