Terrible feedback if any from ***** department

On 2015/07/09 I noticed a strange transfer from my account. Then, I got a sms notification for another transfer while I was on the phone with the FNB ***** department. I was told that the OTP number for my account was not linked to my cell number anymore and asked for the account to be frozen and the transactions reversed.

I was informed that I need a case number for a ***** investigation and provided one on 2015/07/16.

Then, months later, I have now sent the case number 4 separate times only to be told that I would get their report on the incident as soon as I send the case number. I have also been told that there is no evidence that I did not commit this ***** and as such the money will not be refunded.

Since they have managed to lose my case number at least 4 times I am not really convinced that they are at all competently handling my case. I am hoping that whomever from FNB picks up my case from here cares more about customer service than the ***** department I have been unable to get decent contact with.
