Terrible feedback from ***** division

Good day. We reported a ***** case on the 23rd of August but upto now there is no proper feedback on whats happening. Our petrol card was used *****ulently as we had the physical card. When we saw this we blocked the card FNB and informed but upto now there is no feed back on whats happening.
