Terrible Feedback and Service

Fnb has not responded to my my queries and complaints for the last 15 days after I've asked/called and emailed numerous times. All that I require is a paid up letter for cheque account and close all accounts.

It is impossible to get trough to them and this is frustrating. I would never recommend them to the public. The service and feedback is horrible.

As discussed in my previous review I need the above mentioned paid up and closure letters as soon as possible.

Please can we assist this matter.
