Terrible fee structure

I am a long-standing and loyal account holder with FNB/RMB and have since been done in with dramatic charges, yet again!

I had a youtube subscription of R72 and in error did not amend the debit date, the account debit was attempted but it did not go through. FNB charged me a very shocking and disturbing R150 x3 for one attempted D/O it seems. Both my private clients and my private wealth account has this issue. I cannot pay so much monthly fees and still deal with ridiculous charges. I am fine with my fees, I took out these accounts but I am not okay with the charges incurred based on my youtube and afrihost debit orders. I need answers please!

Both my accounts will be seen upon entering my ID number. I was okay with missed debit order charges or R8.50 but to charge me R150 for a missed R72 is absolutely outrageous. I do not understand since when it is now a R150 fee.

I have had about enough now, I am trying to keep my cool but I can take my business elsewhere....
