Terrible Experience yet Again - Customer Service Complaint

I paid to transfer money out of my notice account and I am told I now need to reach out to a different department to have it resolved, after it was not in my account 24h after it was scheduled to be

I am now in a predicament, after requesting a supervisor I was told that the supervisor is on site but can’t assist until business hours, after requesting the name I was responded to with a snotty remark by the agent stating they do not give out names for security reasons. I am assuming they greet people by hi I’m no name. The agents name is Sedzani

After all of this I’m still told I won’t be reimbursed my withdrawal fee, what am I paying for ? Complete *******

This is appalling Service, I have been a paying customer for almost 5 years! I expect a call back.
