Terrible experience with FNB

Worst experience I have ever endured when dealing with a bank. Over a period of 4 weeks I have attempted to apply for a bond with FNB. They are extremely slow at responding to emails, sometimes taking days to respond. To say the least, they are pretty useless and not to use them. After sending email after email, I am still in the dark with the progress of my application. No point in phoning either, I just get transferred to someone else who isn't willing to try and help me
