Terrible experience with FNB and their consultants.

Terrible experience with Pension backed lending from FNB. I app**** for my shortfall amount after being approved by Nedbank. I submitted all the documents and they took their time to respond even their consultant did not give me any feedback. it came back declined no reasons or whatsoever. FNB has just terrible services
