Terrible experience - Switching bank account from Standard Bank to FNB

At this moment I am a very UNHAPPY, new client at FNB.

I've switched my bank account from Standard Bank to FNB Premier Cheque account, starting the process on 30 March 2017, via email. Up to now (5 May 2017) I have not received my bank card. On 25 April, when my salary was paid into my new FNB account, I had to drive to town (Malelane) to apply for a temporary card, as I couldn't even put fuel in my car, because I don't have a card! Every day someone else from CCD Couriers phones me to tell me they've received my card now and coming to deliver it ... they even phoned from their Bloemfontein offices to tell me they're on their way to deliver it to me ... I stay in Mpumalanga - FAR away from Bloemfontein! Maybe I will have my card before Christmas! AND ... the moment I'll receive it, it must go back to head office, because FNB's consultant provided the card division with my ****en surname, not my married one and that after I've changed my surname several times at the consultant whom is "serving" me.

Then the credit card .... I've app**** for this on 3 April 2017. I've sent my 3 latest payslips SIX times via email to my consultant as well as the credit card department. Whenever I asked for feedback on this card, the answer was that they still waiting for my 3 latest payslips!!!! Eish ... On 3 May 2017 I received a sms from FNB to tell me that my application time for a credit card has expired!!! ***!!!

And then we get to the switching of my debit orders .... chaos!!!

Some of them still going through the Standard Bank account, others not paid and reversed (I'm paying the fees on all these **** happening!), but on the feedback that FNB sent me it says that all the companies are confirmed and switched! Pure nonsense!! AND worst of all ... a lady from FNB's debt collecting department phoned me on 29 April 2017 to tell me that my debit order for my personal loan - from FNB - didn't go through at Standard Bank and I will be marked as a slow payer, etc, etc. I told her that I've switched banks and the personal loan was supposed to be debited from my FNB Premier Cheque account. She went onto the system and assured me that she has done the debit now from my FNB account. I though ... thanks God, at least something is now done correctly .... until I went onto my online banking (Standard Bank and FNB accounts). What will I discover?? ... The FNB personal loan was debited on my Standard Bank account as well as on my FNB account. Lovely ... double payment was made for the month!!!! :(

My conclusion ... there is NO communication between the different departments in FNB. I'm very unhappy and would like to know where the problem lies - the bank itself, or is it just a very bad consultant whom is serving me?????
