Terrible experience, horrible

Business Account has been put on hold/frozen for no reason.

For some or other reason FNB deemed it in their wisdom to freeze my business account. Because of this I have not been able to pay for services rendered to us. In fact we have been handed over to attorneys because of this.

The reason, there is outstanding FICA documents, after phoning and claryfying what "missing" documents there are, it was said that there is in fact no outstanding documents and that the account should be active.

In mean time, we have lost a customer because we could not source the required material to fabricate the end product (because the account is frozen), I could not pay my workers their weekly wage and we have been handed over by another company for what they deem non-payment. This is a new company and for a new company to have that mark against its name is unacceptable.

You are a disgrace FNB, I have come to a point where you can shove your accounts. In mean time, I will need to rectify this problem myself, because it seems as though no one there is remotely capable of doing anything except *****ing up.
