TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I called 6 times and spoke to 11 people in less than an hour because i kept being transferred. My call keeps cutting and no one bothers to call back, even after explaining that I called multiple times. The App? Oh that's trash! I'm struggling transferring from my FNB account to a different account. Mind you, I'm new to this bank and this is the service I'm getting. This is really the worst experience I've had with a bank
