terrible experience

I can say that I have nothing but a terrible experience at FNB.

I took a loan with you of 400 and paid it up but it still appears on my credit profile that its outstanding and this is last year, this is really affecting my credit profile on bureau as it appears that it is one of my monthly commitment amounts .

I have been calling and with no assistance and I am just frustrated with this service that is why I chose not to use this bank anymore . My name Sipho Dyamle cell number ***
