Terrible establishment

1 star is to much. I requested to close my account over 2 weeks ago, it’s still not closed and they still haven’t moved my debit orders. They asked me to empty the account before proceeding and now its well in the minus cz theres no cash and they taking failed debits. You cant get hold of anyone, the branch close to home as 2 consultants with 6 people waiting in line everytime
