Terrible delivery service

I ordered my card on 13 February. I received communication on 19 February that My card would be delivered on Thursday 20 February but it wasn't

I reached out to FNB that Thursday evening and I was told the courier would contact me

I did not get a call from the courier

I then left a review on hello Peter about the situation on 27 February On 28 February I received a call that my card would be delivered that day, I waited all day and nothing was delivered

It has been over two weeks and I have still not received my card

I do not know what to do. The delivery time was supposed to be 5-7 working days
