Terrible Customer Support
Terrible customer support. My FNB account was made dormant because I have not used it in a long time (was only registered for PayPal) now I'm constantly transferred between FNB and FNB PayPal where both say the other party is supposed to help.

16 Sept 2024, 11:46Now I have to go in to the bank to remove a profile they made dormant that I didn't even need to do to register in the first place so I can re-register. Really wish this wasn't the only way to withdraw PayPal in SA.
