Terrible customer service with zero satisfaction about my enquiery

I am a premier banking customer with FNB, I don't have an overdraft facility with the bank. I have tried to speak to your agent on the secure chat and nobody can assist me. I am very frustrated and need help before I leave the bank again for the same reason I left when I had a premier account. One of your agents just left the chat with no explanation just screenshots and then the other agent isn't answering my question to my understanding. I need assistance.
