Terrible customer service from the ***** department

The process of getting information on what happens when you report ********** activity on your account is extremely frustrating. The experience of ********** activity is frustrating enough. Dealing with *********** people who have no customer service s****s is even more frustrating. After logging a call today, I called back to ask a few questions. The consultant I spoke to answered every questions with "probably", meaning he didn't know anything he was talking about since everything was probably. I asked to speak to a team leader and I was so fortunate to speak to Philile Memela, who was like a broken record saying the same sentence over and over: "You logged a call, you will receive a ***** report". I asked a few relevant questions, what is a ***** report? What usually happens in these sort of instances of online *****? What sort of information can I expect to see on the ***** report? What must I do with the ***** report? The only answer I received was: " You will receive a ***** report based on the transactions you reported to us" Am I supposed to know what a ***** report is? According to her there was nobody there that could explain to me what happens, what the investigation process involves, what possible outcomes there could be, what usually happens in these instances. I also asked if she has ever read a ***** report. To which she answered: "I work in the ***** department." Are these people trained to not answer questions cos that question required a simple yes or no.

Really frustrating experience with FNB once again, nothing new. Usual level of service. It's a shame that I expect more from this bank.
