Terrible customer service from FNB disgusting

Fnb debits my account early n when i call to ask they say they sent a message to say they will debit on pay day but I haven’t been payed yet they say there nothing they can do about it even if i need to funds today i will just have to wait for a reversal , this is utterly disgusting customer service from FNB , really considering changing my premier account to another bank
