Terrible customer service from FNB business section

Terrible customer service from FNB. They have no sense of urgency; I have been waiting for them to give me feedback with regards to my business account query, no phone call, emails going unanswered. As for Frank Mkhonto from commercial property finance, terrible customer service. This is not okay, we should do better.
