Terrible customer service

Really disappointed the customer service provided by FNB. Despite the numerous channels available, non are effective in resolving issues. Some department don't even take calls and never call you despite numerous request. I have been requesting a call back for over 2 months yet all agents just defer you to another department via email or secure chat.

Really pathetic service. Over 2 months and no resolution.
