Terrible customer service

I'm really dissatisfied with this service I have app**** for a loan on Tuesday 20th of April and for the past 3 day all they say it's in final stages and nothing and when I call to querie about it they put the phone dead in my ear I'm sick an tierd of this place, I think it will be better if just cancel everything with them and move to a new bank I deal with this level of customer service honestly get your sh*t together
