Terrible customer service

Having a terrible experience with fnb customer service , I called in first at 2:45pm and was waiting in queue to speak to an advisor when I got to the advisor the person did not respond to me however I could hear them having a conversation to their buddy ( I recorded the call) then I called back in and waiting in queue for 30mins using my own airtime even though I’m a private clients member
